Our Mission
Our mission is to honor, ignite, and celebrate people’s gifts and meet residents where they are. We
do so by sharing our collective power, providing support through the mutual sharing of resources,
nurturing connections within our network of community, and building authentic relationships
through open dialogue to move toward creating a more just, equitable, and democratic society.
Our Vision
A united and healed Cleveland supported by thousands of engaged residents who weave a culture
of trust, belonging, and justice.
I agree to act on my belief that there is enough of what we all need if we cooperate.
I agree to respect your rights as equal to mine. Everyone has an equal responsibility to cooperate.
I agree not to use power plays to get what I want.
If I have an issue with someone, I will respectfully address it with that person.
I will follow through in a timely manner with what is expected of me.
I will ask for help if I need it.
I will tell you what I am feeling, especially when I am angry or afraid.

ISSUE SPOTLIGHT
