The program is citywide; all neighborhoods in the City of Cleveland are eligible for funding. (See Eligible Neighborhoods). Project proposals should present an idea which will benefit a particular neighborhood.
An application form is available at this web site. You may access it by going to the forms page. You may complete the form on line and print it out and provide it to us, or you may receive a hard copy at a Grantseeker Orientation or by contacting us.
