ELIGIBLE NEIGHBORHOODS
All Cleveland neighborhoods are eligible for this program. Neighborhood Connections is looking for projects that will positively impact on one of the neighborhoods outlined below.
 Groups that are primarily situated within these areas and intend to use their grant money within the neighborhood boundaries are eligible for funding.

To get a more detailed picture of the neighborhood, simply click on the neighborhood name listed on the right hand side of the page. (Both sides of boundary streets may be considered to be contained within the neighborhood.)
