Yoga for Beginners – Whether you are new to yoga or have a taken a couple of classes, this is the best place for you to start. Yoga is a unique way of strengthening and toning your body, improving flexibility and enhancing your sense of well-being. All ages are welcome.
Tuesday, December 20: 5:30 – 7 p.m.
Connecting through Conversations Series – Relationship Help: How to Talk to Someone You Love Holiday Edition – This monthly interactive workshop allows you to dive deeper into your relationships – mother/daughter, father/son, husband/wife, brother/sister, friends, etc. Come share your challenges and gain some additional insight form a relationship expert. This workshop series is full of learning and growing for all!
