Featured FOOD RECIPE:  Maxi’s Fatmir Billai By NV STAFF Posted:  October 8, 2010 at 8:00 AM   CALAMARI Ingredients: 10 oz. Calamari 6 oz. Marinara sauce 1 Clove garlic (slice paper-thin) 1 Lemon + lemon juice Salt + pepper Oregano Olive oil Flour Preparation: 1)    Cut calamari into strips and then fry lightly in flour. (Don’t fry too much!) Meanwhile:  Prepare pan with olive oil, garlic and marinara sauce. 2)    Sautee calamari in pan until golden brown. 3)    Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt.
